Hello. Kim dietitian here - I provide evidence based neuroaffirming nutrition care for children in adults with NDIS funding through Telehealth, home visits and Nedlands Clinic. I work with autistic individuals, AuDHDers, ADHDers, and those with intellectual disability, global developmental delay, ARFID, paedeatric feeding disorder and other disability related nutrition needs. Dietitian services are funded under NDIS if they are to support issues directly related to your disability and are considered reasonable and necessary.

Provide a Nutrition assessment, individual nutrition plans, mealtime support, sensory eating support, responsive feeding therapy, ARFID management, growth monitoring, nutrient deficiency support, oral nutrition supplements, texture modification IDDSI support, meal planning, supermarket tours, report writing for NDIS, individualised nutrition resources, carer and support worker education or trainings, food preparation or cooking sessions,collaboration with speech pathologists, OT's,behaviour support, psychologists, GPs and other medical specialists.
I can see self and plan managed participants with Early childhood funding (<9 years), therapeutic supports >9 years & Improved Health & Wellbeing. Please speak to your plan manager, support coordinator or LAC if you are unsure if you have funding for dietitian.

Yes you can if your funding is not stated and used up by other disciplines. Hours can be provided by an accredited Practising dietitian provided the nutrition support is directly related to your disability and NDIS goals. It is recommended a minimum of 5 hours up to 30 hours for service per year. You need to talk to your therapy team around ensure they include recommendations for dietitian hours in their reports and Functional capacity assessments. Therapists are welcome to contact me to seek feedback and support.
There is no current wait-list you can complete the intake form and book directly for Telehealth, Clinic or home visit.
You will need to complete a service agreement to accept the terms of service during or after your first appointment. There is a 48 hours notice cancellation policy. Initial assessments are minimum 90 minutes which includes 60 -90 minute appointment plus reading of reports, reviewing medical information, analysis and reviews are 30-60 minutes dependant on
